You will be joining a large, complex organisation in Adelaide undergoing significant transformation across its customer relationship and engagement platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to key Oracle Fusion CX initiatives and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Your new role

As an Oracle Fusion CX Application Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Sales and Service B2B, with a strong focus on the Redwood framework.

You will work across a range of customer relationship and engagement projects, configuring applications, workflows and reporting solutions while ensuring the platform meets business and technical requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Sales and Service B2B solutions
- Configuring standard and extensible objects using Application Composer
- Designing workflows and solutions using Redwood UX principles
- Working across accounts, opportunities, leads, activities, product catalogue, case management and service requests
- Developing functional specifications covering technical, integration, data and reporting requirements
- Creating reports using BI Publisher and OTBI
- Configuring security roles, privileges and user access




- Working closely with business representatives, business analysts and testers
- Supporting test planning, defect triage and UAT activities

What you'll need to succeed You will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Sales and Service B2B, including implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud. You will bring solid expertise in the Redwood UX framework, Application Composer, BI Publisher and OTBI, along with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, security roles and user access. You will also have experience working with business stakeholders, developing functional specifications and supporting testing, defect triage and UAT activities.
