Are you an experienced technology professional who enjoys supporting users, solving application problems and finding smarter ways to use technology?

We’re seeking an Applications & Automation Specialist to support and improve the business applications that underpin our client’s architectural, design and project delivery operations.

Working closely with the Head of Information and Technology, you’ll support users, manage key applications and identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation and AI.

The role will be based in Melbourne CBD.

You Will

- Provide support and administration across key business applications;
- Manage software upgrades, licensing, troubleshooting and vendor relationships;
- Support AEC applications including Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam;
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI and technology;
- Support Microsoft 365, digital workplace technologies and system improvements; and
- Provide user guidance, training and practical solutions to application issues.

About You

- 4+ years’ experience in application support, administration or systems support;
- Solid communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills;




- Experience supporting business-critical applications and working with users and vendors;
- An interest in AI, automation and finding better ways of working;
- AEC/design application experience is highly desirable, particularly Revit or AutoCAD; and
- A proactive, curious approach with a willingness to learn new technologies.
