Role Description This is a part-time, remote Appointment Setter role.

The Appointment

Setter will contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to schedule consultations with property advisors. Day-to-day tasks include managing appointment calendars, confirming and rescheduling meetings, and ensuring accurate entry of client details into CRM or tracking systems. The role also involves qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, following up on inquiries, and maintaining qualified, courteous communication with all prospects.



Collaboration with the sales and advisory teams to optimize booking efficiency and support overall client experience is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage calendars and coordinate client meetings efficiently.
- Experience with Lead Generation, including identifying, qualifying, and following up with prospective clients.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build trust.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time independently.
- Basic proficiency in CRM or scheduling tools and general computer literacy.
- Previous experience in sales support, call center, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to handle a high volume of outreach while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
