About the role

Brothers Leagues Club is seeking talented individuals to join our culinary team in a full time capacity at our Kirwan, QLD location. We are recruiting an Apprentice Chef. This position is pivotal to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding food and hospitality.

What we're looking for

Apprentice Chef:

- Enrolment in or willingness to undertake a relevant culinary apprenticeship programme
- Passion for cooking and a keen desire to learn culinary skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic




- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain Food Safety certification
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and member service
