About the role

We’re looking for a driven, outgoing & proactive individual to join our sales team! If you’re excited to help us expand our customer base and work within the aquatic sporting community we’d love to hear from you!

This full-time or part time position based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, you will play a vital role as part of our sales team. This is an excellent chance for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

- Contacting existing customer base, approaching new potential customers & responding to customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing sales purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting with the coordination of sales processes, such as customer follow-ups and order follow-through
- Maintaining accurate records related to customers & sales
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Collaborating with all members of our team to ensure seamless sales operations
- Maintaining and achieving sales goals (performance-based commission paid)

What we're looking for

- Sales experience helpful, but people skills & knowledge of swimming, water polo or surf life saving would be highly valued




- Sporting background/experience would assist in understanding our business & customers
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy & quality in your work
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in using relevant software & computer systems, such as CRM tools and office applications
- Previous experience in sales or administrative support role, preferred but not necessary
