you must be able to demonstrate that you are a customer focused, driven sales professional who is able to manage a portfolio of wide-ranging accounts with independent tyre retailers and end users. The successful candidate will possess strong customer relationship skills and understand how to create genuine relationships whilst being part of a results-focused team who is passionate about lasting performance. The key responsibilities of this role

- Execute Queensland sales plans to achieve the sales budget results.
- Execute planned initiatives to achieve overall territory growth within existing sales channels and customer categories.
- Proactively identifying prospective new customers within each sales channel and initiating sales activities to convert Customers.




- Communicating new sales programs to customers to ensure we maximize market opportunities.
- Achieves monthly sales budgets within Queensland as agreed with the CEO.
- Coverage of designated Queensland territory north QLD/Northern Rivers with regular travel required

Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 Years minimum sales and account management experience is desirable but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to form long-lasting relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Competitive and performance-driven.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
