About the role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor / Contracts Supervisor to take ownership of maintenance and upgrade works across the Adelaide metropolitan area.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage multiple jobs simultaneously, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain solid client relationships, while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

You will be managing a high volume of smaller jobs (e.g. bathrooms, kitchens, disability modifications, vacancy maintenance) rather than single large projects.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and supervise multiple concurrent maintenance and upgrade jobs across metro Adelaide

- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors across various sites (daily site movement required)

- Ensure all works meet specifications, safety, and quality standards

- Manage variations, approvals, and job completion sign-offs

- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Plan, prioritise, and deliver works in a fast-paced environment





- Complete reporting and utilise internal job management systems

About you

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their workload and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

You will have

- Demonstrated experience supervising multiple concurrent maintenance or construction jobs

- Trade background (preferred)

- Strong understanding of residential maintenance and upgrade works

- Ability to manage a high volume of jobs in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability

- Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)

- Current White Card and Driver’s Licence

This role may also suit an experienced Leading Hand or Supervisor ready to step into a more autonomous position.
