Westar Trucks Derrimut is seeking an experienced Asset Finance & F&I; Coordinator to support our Business Manager and take ownership of finance applications, documentation, compliance and settlements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, process and manage truck and automotive finance applications from application through to settlement.
- Submit applications to banks, finance companies and commercial lenders and monitor progress.
- Coordinate finance approvals, conditions, documentation and settlements.
- Prepare and check loan contracts, customer documentation and finance paperwork.
- Liaise with lenders, customers, insurers, dealerships and internal departments.
- Follow up on outstanding finance conditions and customer documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle finance settlements to meet delivery and registration timeframes.
- Assist with insurance administration and finance-related products.
- Maintain accurate finance, customer and compliance records.
- Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with lender and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with PPSR, registrations, payout figures and settlement requirements where applicable.
- Provide regular updates to the Business Manager on applications, approvals and settlements.
- Assist with reporting, reconciliation and general finance administration.
- Identify issues early and proactively follow them through to resolution.

About You You may currently be working as a F&I; Administrator/ Coordinator, Finance Administrator, loan processor, settlements officer, or a Business Manager/F&I; Manager, looking to step away from the sales pressure of a traditional Business Manager role?





You'll ideally have experience in:

- Automotive or Truck Dealership Finance
- Previous experience in automotive dealership administration, finance administration, insurance administration, or business support.
- Experience processing finance applications, loans, settlements, or customer documentation.
- Experience working with lenders, loan documentation, or asset finance products.
- Exposure to commercial vehicle, truck, automotive, or equipment finance.
- Asset Finance or Equipment Finance or Vehicle Finance Settlements
- PPSR and Compliance Requirements
- Chattel Mortgages, Finance Leases or Commercial Lending
- Confidence dealing with banks, lenders, customers and dealership personnel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial paperwork.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
