With a growing fleet and operations across Australia, we are looking for an experienced Asset Administrator to join our team based at Canning Vale. Reporting to the Asset Lead,this role will play an important part in supporting the management, compliance and coordination of Brooks Hire's extensive asset fleet.

About the Role

As the Asset Administrator, you will support the Asset team with the day-to-day administration and coordination of our hire fleet, ensuring assets remain compliant, accurately recorded and appropriately managed throughout their lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in management of the updating and renewal of asset risk assessments
- Coordinating hire fleet assets, including maintaining technical information and service manuals
- Reviewing and coordinating asset modifications, upgrades and improvements
- Managing asset registrations and ensuring information remains current
- Managing relevant online portals and systems
- Maintaining accurate asset records and documentation
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders as required




- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the Asset team

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across multiple priorities. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in asset management – essential
- Experience within the hire, construction, mining or civil industries – highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team
- Confidence working with systems, portals and asset-related documentation
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to your work
