CareerMode is working exclusively with a private equity backed property investment group that has a clear mandate to grow. With current assets on the horizon and an ever-expanding portfolio, the group is adding an Assistant Accountant to their established team.

Working alongside the Senior Accountant you’ll enjoy a broad scope including director mentorship from the CFO. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The Role

- Manage AP & AR
- Support property accounting
- Reconciliations & reporting
- Prepare accruals, prepayments and property journals
- Manage outgoings calculations through to billing and tenant refunds
- Assist with month end reporting and processes
- Support tax and compliance

About You

- Working towards your CA or CPA qualification
- Experience in property accounting is highly desirable although not essential




- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
