Part-time Assistant Village Manager

Our client is aWell-established and highly regarded organisation within the residentialCommunity and property sector, dedicated to creating vibrant, connectedcommunities and delivering exceptional experiences for residents. With a strongfocus on customer service, stakeholder engagement, and community wellbeing,they are seeking an organised and proactive Community Administrator to supportday-to-day operations and resident services.

Your New Role

As the CommunityAdministrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operationof a thriving residential community. Working closely with residents,stakeholders, and internal teams, you will provide a broad range ofadministrative, finance, and community engagement support.

Keyresponsibilities include

- Managing community bookings, calendars, approvals, and resident communications.
- Coordinating leisure precinct bookings and supporting community events and activities.
- Maintaining website content and resident communications, including updating homeowner information.
- Conducting regular audits of First Aid Kits and arranging replenishment as required.
- Assisting with accounts payable, invoicing, site fees, and finance-related administration.
- Overseeing inductions and documentation for community facilities, storage areas, and transport services.
- Supporting the administration of security systems, including access control and CCTV systems.
- Building strong relationships with residents, community groups, local stakeholders, and service providers.
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and community engagement programs.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and organisational policies.




What You'll Need to Succeed To be successfulin this role, you will be a confident administrator with excellentinterpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.

You will bring

- Previous experience in administration, community engagement, customer service, property, retirement living, residential communities, or a similar environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate events, programs, bookings, or community initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting finance functions, including invoicing and accounts payable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and impartiality at all times.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
Desirable:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Community Services, or a related discipline.
- First Aid Certification.
- Knowledge of residential housing, manufactured homes, or community living environments.
