Details: Digital Canberra is looking for a motivated change and communications professional to join the Transition Team. In this role, you'll help plan and deliver communication, engagement and change activities that support workforce transition, organisational change and future transformation initiatives.
Working with stakeholders across government, you will develop communications, facilitate engagement activities, support consultation processes and help ensure employees and leaders are informed, supported and engaged. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of Digital Canberra and help shape its future direction.
What we're looking for
We're seeking a highly capable change and communications professional with:
- Experience in change management, communications, stakeholder engagement or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and accessible content.
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce transition, consultation or engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic setting.
- Sound judgement, initiative and attention to detail.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
