We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Australian Hotel & Brewery, Rouse Hill, part of the Sonnel group, which has over 40 years' experience in the industry which owns and operates 20 venues throughout Sydney.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for an Assistant General Manager where you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth service, team leadership, and an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating a culture where the team feel protected, valued and enjoy coming to work.
- Delivering game-changing customer experiences.




- Extensive knowledge of Gaming Operations.
- Working closely with senior management who share the same vision.
- Compliance, stock management, training and developing of the team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue.

The successful applicant will:

- Essential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards
- Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade
- Hands on approach in your leadership and management
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company
