/n About the role /n Mater Private Hospital Redlands is seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistant in Nursing professionals to join our team on a casual basis. /n This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive private hospital environment, working under the direction and supervision of /n Registered Nurses to help achieve optimal patient outcomes. /n Salary range: $35.05 - $38.38 per hour plus casual loading plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits! /n What you’ll be doing /n In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care across the unit by: /n /n

- Providing delegated nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

/n

- Assisting patients with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and respect

/n

- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition in a timely and accurate manner

/n

- Supporting patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing across physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs

/n

- Contributing to nursing assessments and the evaluation of patient care outcomes

/n

- Acting as a patient advocate and supporting families with sensitivity and professionalism

/n

- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

/n

- Adhering to professional, legal, ethical, and organisational standards of practice

/n /n About you /n You are a caring and reliable healthcare professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care and living Mater’s values.

- Certificate III in an appropriate healthcare field (essential)

/n

- Previous experience in a similar Assistant in Nursing role (desirable)

/n

- Sound clinical knowledge within the scope of Assistant in Nursing practice

- Strong communication and time-management skills
