We’re growing our team across Sydney and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and engaging Assistant Instructors to help primary school students learn, create and build their confidence with digital technology.

You don't need to be a qualified teacher or a technology expert. We'll provide the training and resources you need to succeed.

What you'll be doing

As an Assistant Instructor, you'll work alongside a Lead Instructor to deliver technology classes in primary schools.

You'll help students work through our structured programs, provide one-on-one support when needed, and encourage them as they develop their own digital projects.

Your day might involve helping students with coding, robotics, online safety or other technology-based projects - while creating a fun, positive and supportive classroom environment.

You'll be working directly with children, so being friendly, confident, patient and engaging is just as important as your interest in technology.

There is also potential to grow within ScopeIT Education, including opportunities to progress into a Lead Instructor role as you gain experience.

The role This is a casual position, with approximately 1–2 days of work per week, with potential for additional opportunities as our school programs grow.

- Monday to Tuesday, with Rosters to be confirmed as each term progresses
- Typical working hours are approximately 8:00am–3:30pm, aligned with school hours
- Flexibility is important, as days and locations may vary from week to week
- Work will primarily be across the Illawarra
- As our school network grows, you may occasionally be required to travel to other Sydney locations
- Additional opportunities may be available through our CIY.Club after-school programs and school holiday technology camps

Because our instructors work across different schools, you must hold a valid driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle. On occasion,



you may also be required to transport components of our mobile computer lab or other teaching equipment to a school.
