What you’ll do

- Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences
- Take responsibility for venue operations as Manager on Duty
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Coach your team to feel confident in their roles, proud of their work and inspired to grow
- Complete cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting
- Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards

What we’re looking for

- A supervisor ready to step up—or an experienced manager ready to make their next move count
- A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career




- A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
- Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
- Available for a mix of shifts, with some weekend and public holiday availability
- Current QLD RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, with CLO highly regarded.
