Kedron-Wavell Ltd is not your average club group operating three Northside venues — Kedron-Wavell, The Sands Social and The Sands Bowlo.

We are seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Marketing Manager to support our Marketing team, with a focus on Kedron-Wavell. This role will oversee the organisation’s digital marketing and entertainment portfolio while also assisting in the development of campaigns that enhance member experiences, attract new audiences, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions for Kedron-Wavell
- Manage digital and social media content for Kedron-Wavell to build engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate the marketing and promotion of all entertainment, shows, and annual events at Kedron-Wavell
- Support brand management and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans, reports and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with departmental teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in developing high-quality content for social media, EDMs, digital screens, and in-venue marketing.

You’ll also bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (or working towards).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent organisational,



communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the hospitality or club industry will be highly regarded.
