About The Role

- Support the KIIS Breakfast team to create engaging, audience-focused content that entertains, informs and creates memorable moments.
- Assist with the day to day planning, preparation and execution of the show under the guidance of the production leads.
- Help source, record, edit and prepare audio, interviews and content for the show.
- Screen callers, coordinate audience interactions and help uncover compelling listener stories.
- Provide administrative and production support to on air team and producers as required.
- Work collaboratively with content, marketing, commercial and activation teams to deliver engaging audience experiences.
- Stay across pop culture, entertainment news and emerging trends to generate fresh content ideas.

About You

- Some experience in radio, media, content creation, podcasting or similar environment is desirable.
- A passion for audio, entertainment, pop culture and creating great audience experiences.
- Experience using radio playout software (Zetta) is advantageous but not essential.
- Basic audio editing skills.




- Good communication skills and confidence in a rapid-paced environment.
- Creative thinker.
- Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
