In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering Aboriginal Outcomes programs and initiatives, you will provide project and administrative support that helps ensure activities are delivered efficiently.
This role will see you support project delivery through project coordination, governance and reporting activities, while maintaining accurate records, engaging stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will build strong project management practices, maintain accurate risk and issue registers, and support the delivery of quality outcomes in a fast-paced workplace with competing priorities and changing demands.

About you
You are an organised and proactive professional with experience providing project or administrative support in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes.
You're adaptable and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift, while continuing to deliver accurate and timely work.
Your strong organisational and communication skills enable you to coordinate activities, maintain records and keep stakeholders informed.
You have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
You have a willingness to learn, and experience using Microsoft 365 and project or records management systems.
This is an Aboriginal Identified role. To be eligible, you must identify and be accepted by the Aboriginal Community as an Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. This position is open to Aboriginal applicants only, in accordance with Part 6, Clause 23 of the Government Sector Employment Rules 2014.
Work location
This role can be based from any approved Transport workplace location within the advertised region.
