The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our small, dedicated team.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and owners, you will play an important role in maintaining the standards that have helped establish Civico 47 as one of Paddington's recognised dining destinations.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll be on the floor during service, leading the team, looking after guests and making sure the restaurant operates smoothly from opening through to close.

- Leading the front-of-house team during service
- Creating warm, knowledgeable and highly attentive guest experiences
- Building genuine relationships with our local guests and regulars
- Maintaining our service, food and presentation standards
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Supporting staff organisation and rostering
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service




- Taking an active role in our wine and beverage service
- Managing guest requests and feedback with confidence and professionalism
- Supporting ordering, stock control and other day-to-day operations
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Helping maintain a positive, professional and enjoyable team culture

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
