About The Opportunity

We’re looking for exceptional hospitality leaders to join our opening team. Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager plays a key role in shaping the culture, leading the team and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What you’ll bring

- Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment





- Proven track record in leading a high performing team

- Exceptional service skills and guest focus

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods

- Proven ability in building effective relationships

- Organisational and time management skills

- Exceptional communication and presentation

- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
