We’re looking for a Junior Service Technician to join our growing team servicing sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

You’ll be trained to inspect window and door installations, identify and rectify issues, and install security screens, locks and related hardware.

What’s on offer

- $34.40/hr + overtime penalty rates
- Monday–Friday, full-time hours
- Casual to permanent pathway — permanent employment offered after 3–6 months, based on performance
- Full training and support
- Career progression from Level 1 to Level 4
- Potential to progress to $43/hr + overtime penalties
- Paid travel, accommodation and LAHA when overnight travel is required
- Travel generally 1–2 times per month
- Immediate start available

About the role Working as part of an experienced team, you’ll travel from site to site across Brisbane to:
- Inspect aluminium window and door installations
- Identify faults, defects and installation issues
- Service, adjust and rectify issues
- Install security screens, locks and related products




- Complete quality checks
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Work professionally with customers and site teams

What we’re looking for You don't need previous industry experience — full training is provided.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Practical and comfortable working with their hands
- Safety conscious and physically capable
- Comfortable working at different sites
- Able to use, or willing to learn, hand and power tools

Experience as a trade assistant, installer, maintenance worker, construction worker, labourer, technician or in manufacturing/assembly will be highly regarded.
