This role is for an Assistant Store Manager at our Chermside store.

What you’ll be doing

- Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
- Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service
- Coaching, motivating, and developing the team
- Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations
- Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence

About You

- You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
- You are confident,



customer-focused, and commercially minded
- You thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- You enjoy developing and motivating a team
- You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
