About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hobart team as an Associate Adviser, supporting Senior Advisers to deliver exceptional financial advice and client outcomes. Working within a collaborative and experienced team, you'll build your technical expertise, develop client relationships, and gain valuable exposure across all aspects of the advice process.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Senior Advisers in the delivery of high-quality, client-centric financial advice.

- Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation and implementation of advice strategies.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a professional and responsive client experience.

- Assist with client reviews, information gathering, and ongoing service requirements.

- Work closely with paraplanners and client support teams to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of advice recommendations.

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Develop technical knowledge and advisory capability through ongoing learning and professional development.

- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture and support the continued success of the Hobart office.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a financial planning, paraplanning, client services, or associate adviser role.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to client service.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a professional services workplace.

- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work effectively within a regulated environment and maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism.





- Eagerness to develop technical advice skills and progress your career within financial planning.

- A collaborative team player who values learning, growth, and contributing to a positive culture.

Qualifications

- Essential: Completed tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning or a related discipline.

- Essential: Progressing towards, or meeting, current Financial Adviser education requirements.

- Ability to satisfy pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal history, bankruptcy, and ASIC checks.

Remuneration

Remuneration package offered ranges between $85,000 - $110,000, including superannuation and leave loading, dependent on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability.
