What you'll be doing:

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be right in the heart of the action:

- Supporting the Venue Manager in leading daily operations.
- Coaching, developing, and training a newly established team, building confidence, capability and future leaders.
- Driving sales, labour and COGS performance through efficient venue operations.
- Overseeing key operational tasks including stock management, ordering, cash handling, rostering and administration.
- Delivering Yo-Chi’s renowned guest experience and creating a positive, uplifting team culture.
- Ensuring Yo-Chi’s product, service and cleanliness standards are consistently delivered.

Who we're looking for:

- 2 + years Leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Experience working towards operational KPI's, with a strong understanding of financials.
- A passion for building team culture and developing people.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a hands on approach.
- A genuine love for creating an incredible guest experience.
- A drive to grow your career with an expanding brand.
- A positive leader who thrives in a high energy, fast paced environment.
