We are looking for high-potential graduates and early-career professionals to join our consulting team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, comfortable with technology, and excited by the opportunity to solve real business problems.

You may be graduating from university, have recently graduated, or have up to 2–3 years of experience in consulting, technology, analytics, transformation, finance, or another relevant field.

Your level will depend on your experience and background, from Graduate Consultant through to Associate Consultant.

What will you be doing?

- Work with clients to understand complex business problems and identify practical solutions
- Analyse data, processes, customer journeys, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement
- Explore how AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies can improve business performance
- Support the development of AI use cases, business cases, prototypes, and transformation initiatives
- Translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations
- Contribute to project workstreams, client presentations, workshops, and deliverables
- Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across business and technology
- Support implementation and adoption to help turn ideas into real outcomes




- Build your consulting, commercial, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills through hands-on project experience

We prefer candidates with a degree in one of the following areas:

- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Science
- Business or a related discipline

For Graduate Consultant candidates, prior consulting experience is not required. We are looking for strong academic performance, structured thinking, problem-solving ability, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. For Associate Consultant candidates, we would typically expect around 2–3 years of relevant skilled experience, ideally in:

- Management consulting
- Technology or digital consulting
- Business or technology transformation

You should also demonstrate:
- - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Technical curiosity and comfort working with AI, data, automation, or emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to translate technical ideas into clear business language




- Intellectual curiosity and a strong learning mindset
- The ability to work effectively in fast-moving project environments
- Willingness to work from our Sydney office and travel to client sites when required
