We're adding an Associate to our team, working across both recent investments and our existing portfolio companies, deal origination, due diligence and financial modelling on one side; hands-on work with portfolio company management, from CEO to the frontline, on the other.

We're after 2-4 years in transaction services (due diligence, corporate finance or M&A; advisory) from a mid-market or Big 4 firm, private equity, or a related finance role, sharp financial modelling, sound judgement, and the maturity to run with your own workstreams. Just as important: humility, and a genuine ability to build rapport at every level of a business.
