About The Role We are seeking an Associate Systems Engineers to support our Defence projects. At Aurizn, our systems engineers are empowered to lead and have meaningful influence over how engineering is planned, executed and delivered. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the application of systems engineering lifecycle processes across Defence programs and projects.
- Conducting requirements analysis and management activities.
- Managing customer needs, technical risks, security and safety considerations.
- Assisting with system design, modelling, analysis and interface definition activities.




- Planning and supporting system verification, validation, test and evaluation activities.
- Developing, reviewing and maintaining systems engineering documentation.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

About you:

- Completed an undergraduate degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Current (or eligible for) NV1 security clearance.
- Previous experience in a Systems Engineering role
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
