We’re looking for a Systems Specialist to join our Audiology department on an18-month fixed-term contract, reporting to our Audiology Operations Support Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Audiology Partners and store teams across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert for our practice management software, providing technical support, training, and resources that enable our Partners and store teams to deliver outstanding care to customers. You’ll respond to queries, troubleshoot issues, provide explicit guidance, and develop practical resources that support teams in their day-to-day work.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting the future of our audiology systems, completing user acceptance testing,
identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing training materials that evolve alongside our software, processes and ways of working.
We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you're not working remotely, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne.
The Skills We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with patience and empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable and confident presenting information to individuals or groups
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and adaptable to shifting deadlines
- Basic understanding of financial concepts is desirable
- Experience in the audiology industry and familiarity with patient management or customer relationship management systems is desirable
