About the Role

Our Australia Market and Client Delivery Lead plays a critical role in successfully launching new aviation clients and supporting CMAC's growth across Australia.

You will lead the end-to-end mobilisation and implementation of new client contracts, ensuring a seamless transition from contract award through to operational go-live and post-launch stabilisation. Acting as the primary implementation lead, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, operational, technology, finance, people and supplier functions to deliver successful client outcomes.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, with much of the day-to-day collaboration taking place with central functions and leadership teams based in the UK. You will therefore need to be comfortable working across time zones, managing remote stakeholders and balancing local Australian requirements with global standards and governance.

Combining programme delivery expertise, market-entry experience and client relationship management, you will establish repeatable implementation approaches that support both successful client onboarding and CMAC's continued expansion in Australia.

What Success Looks Like

- New aviation clients are mobilised successfully and transition into operations on time and within agreed parameters.
- Commitments made during the sales and contracting process are translated into effective operational delivery plans.
- Mobilisation programmes are delivered against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- UK and Australian stakeholders remain aligned, informed and engaged throughout implementation activities.
- Risks, issues and dependencies are proactively managed and resolved before impacting delivery.
- Client relationships are established early and strengthened throughout implementation and go-live.
- Local operational capability, suppliers, systems, governance and processes are established effectively ahead of launch.
- Market-entry activities support sustainable growth while maintaining CMAC standards and governance requirements.
- Lessons learned are captured and applied to continuously improve implementation methodologies.
- Executive stakeholders receive explicit, accurate and timely progress reporting.

Market Entry & Expansion

Programme Governance & Risk Management

- Establish and maintain mobilisation governance frameworks, RAID logs and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify, manage and escalate programme risks, issues and dependencies.
- Monitor implementation budgets, commercial commitments and delivery performance.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on programme progress, readiness, financial position and decision requirements.
- Ensure implementation activities comply with organisational governance and operational standards.

Continuous Improvement

- Capture lessons learned from implementation programmes and market launches.
- Challenge existing mobilisation methodologies and recommend improvements.
