We are seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join our Sydney Airport team. This is not just a hands-on role in a specialised industry — it's also a pathway to take on more responsibility, grow your leadership skills, and potentially step into future workshop management opportunities.

You will be working in a niche specialised field where all training will be provided.

What the role involves:

- Carrying out electrical repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on aviation fuel trucks and refuelling vehicles
- Conducting inspections, upgrades, and modifications in a modern, well-equipped workshop
- Ensuring all work meets strict aviation safety and compliance standards
- Working collaboratively with clients, fuel companies, maintenance and contractors to keep the fleet operational and audit-ready
- Taking ownership of jobs, managing tasks end-to-end,



and ensuring deadlines are met in a time-critical environment
- Contributing to improvements, efficiency, and reliability within the fleet, including supporting current projects and equipment upgrades

What you will bring:

- Trade qualification in Auto Electrical
- Air-conditioning licence (preferred)
- Truck, fuel truck, or tanker experience (advantageous, not essential)
- Strong time management — able to meet deadlines in a time-critical environment
- Customer service focus with a proactive, positive approach
- Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility, learn cross-business skills, and grow with the role
- Australian work rights with any valid work visa accepted
