We are a family owned and operated company based in Sunny Cairns, providing quality autobody repairs since 1977. Currently we are expanding our operations and seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Autobody Estimator. In this full time role based in Bungalow, QLD, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and compiling comprehensive estimates to our clients.

Role Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to customers and work providers
- Experience in quoting damaged vehicles in accordance with Insurance and OEM repair methods in a timely manner
- Liaise with parts suppliers, insurers and customers to ensure vehicles are repaired in a timely manner
- Liaise with production to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised
- Hand over completed repairs to customers
- Work closely with admin staff to ensure accuracy of information for customers
