About the role:

- This is a hands-on technical role that is heavily business facing, sitting within a small, high-performing Technology team.

- You'll be the subject matter expert in

Automation

, owning the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities through to delivering solutions that stick using Workato and Power Automate

- The organisation is looking for someone to own their Automation workflows for automation delivery, and this person will be central to making that happen. With board-level focus on efficiency and KPIs, there's genuine appetite to do things properly.

Your responsibilities:

- Design, develop and implement business process automations using Workato and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other relevant tools





- Automate reporting workflows and surface meaningful KPIs that give leadership visibility into operational performance

- Manage and administer the Power Platform and Azure environments, including security, configuration, and governance

- Engage with business units across the organisation to identify and prioritise automation and AI opportunities

- Lead the rollout of recent capabilities including agentic AI solutions, with appropriate governance frameworks

What you need:

- Proven hands-on experience delivering automation solutions using Workato or Microsoft Power Platform, actual builds, not just advisory

- 5+ years in automation, digital workflow delivery, or a related technical discipline

- Experience managing Azure environments and enforcing platform governance

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, you'll be advising non-technical business units and presenting upward to leadership.
