Are you an experienced mechanic, senior technician or workshop foreman ready to take the next step in your career?

Fulcrum Suspensions is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead workshop performance, job flow, quality control and technical problem solving. This is not a broad retail role — we are looking for a technical person who understands suspension, steering, 4WD, towing, diagnostics and workshop productivity.

You will support the Store Manager, guide technicians and apprentices, help solve technical issues, manage workflow and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and right the first time. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-driven approach are essential.
