An excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter looking to join a busy dealership environment with plenty of variety, support and prospect to grow.

? Senior Parts Interpreter – Wynnum

This is an opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter who knows the industry, understands what makes a Parts Department tick and enjoys being part of a busy team.

You'll be responsible for:

- Interpreting and sourcing automotive parts across multiple brands
- Supporting workshop technicians and Service Advisors
- Managing wholesale, retail and internal Parts enquiries
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Managing back-orders, stock control and inventory accuracy




- Processing, picking and organising Parts orders
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department
- Helping maintain high standards of customer service and team performance

For the Senior role, we're looking for someone who:

- Has strong experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter
- Has excellent knowledge of automotive Parts and systems
- Is confident dealing with technicians, customers and suppliers
- Can work independently while contributing to a team
- Has solid organisational and communication skills
- Takes ownership and enjoys being a go-to person within the department
- Has Pentana ERA experience — highly regarded but not essential

?️ Parts Interpreter – Capalaba

If you're an experienced Parts Interpreter who enjoys variety, working with people and being part of a busy dealership environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Your day could include:

- Identifying and sourcing Parts for workshop and customers
- Assisting with retail and wholesale enquiries
- Supporting technicians and Service Advisors
- Ordering, receiving, picking and dispatching Parts
- Managing back-orders and stock
- Maintaining accurate Parts records
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Working closely with the wider dealership team

We're looking for someone who:





- Has previous experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter
- Has good automotive Parts knowledge
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask
- Has great communication and customer service skills
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Has Pentana ERA experience — highly regarded but not essential
