We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Parts Interpreter to join our busy Parts team.

About the role As a Parts Interpreter, you will play an important role in supporting our workshop, customers and Parts department.

Your responsibilities will include

- Identifying and supplying automotive parts accurately and efficiently
- Interpreting parts requirements from technicians, customers and service staff
- Preparing parts orders and assisting with stock control
- Ordering parts from suppliers and following up on backorders
- Providing friendly and qualified customer service
- Assisting with retail and trade parts enquiries




- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the Parts department is organised
- Working closely with the Service, Workshop and Sales teams
- Ensuring customers and technicians receive the right parts when they need them

About you We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in automotive parts, spare parts or a related automotive role
- Has a good understanding of automotive components and terminology
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Is organised, reliable and willing to learn
- Can work confidently in a busy dealership environment

Experience with automotive parts catalogues and dealer systems will be highly regarded.
