The role

We are looking to grow our workshop team and are open to applications from qualified Automotive Technicians, experienced Accessory Fitters, or candidates with a combination of both skill sets.

Depending on your experience and skill set, responsibilities may include:

Mechanical – Automotive Technician

- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on Toyota and Ford vehicles
- Performing general and major repairs including engine work, timing chain replacements, suspension, steering, braking and cooling system repairs
- Identifying mechanical faults and recommending appropriate repair solutions
- Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems to assist with fault finding and repairs
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Conducting quality inspections and road tests before vehicles are returned to guests




- Recording repair information accurately through dealership systems
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate

Accessories – Accessory Fitter

- Fitting and installing genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories
- Following manufacturer installation instructions, wiring diagrams and specifications
- Ensuring accessories are fitted safely, securely and to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks and testing following installation
- Maintaining accurate records of accessory installations through dealership systems

For all team members

- Maintaining a safe, clean and productive workshop environment
- Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team
- Following Toyota, Ford and dealership processes, procedures and safety standards at all times
- Taking pride in delivering quality workmanship and a great experience for our guests

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
