Are you a highly organised marketer who loves bringing events to life and building strong relationships? This is a great opportunity to join the growing marketing team at a respected investment management business in Australia.

You'll run a busy calendar of conferences, roadshows, webinars, client events and partnership activations, helping the business engage with financial advisers, dealer groups and investors nationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver a national events program, from large conferences and roadshows to roundtables, webinars and client functions, looking after venues, suppliers, travel, catering, registrations and guest communications
- Bring sponsorships and industry partnerships to life so the brand gets strong visibility and a real return from each one
- Work with sales, product, leadership, external partners and suppliers to make sure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression
- Produce adviser invitations,



emails and marketing materials, and support wider B2B activity, including campaigns, product launches and adviser engagement programs
- Track and report on event results, and use the insights to improve performance and the attendee experience over time

What You'll Bring

- Around 2 to 5 years in a B2B marketing, events, partnerships or sponsorship role
- Strong planning skills and a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to juggle several projects and still deliver high-quality work
- Confident communication and the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at every level
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing platforms is highly regarded, and a background in financial services, wealth or professional services is a bonus but not essential
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever you're needed

Please Note

- This role will involve some evening events and interstate travel.
