Seeking a baker who can work independently and with an apprentice. The ideal candidate should possess a qualification and demonstrate proficiency in basic doughs, authentic sourdough, savouries, and sweets. Pastry will be sourced externally.

Currently, the position is available for three days a week, with the potential to increase to five days for the right candidate. I acquired the shop nine months ago, and business is expanding. I am seeking an individual who is passionate about contributing to the growth of the business and assisting in training apprentices to become proficient.

The ideal candidate should be competent in dough calculations and have access to all available recipes for initial training. Reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to complete a full bake from start to finish are essential. For any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
