We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Baker to join our dynamic team at our Brighton store. This is a full-time, ongoing position ideal for a passionate and skilled professional.

Task &

responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, knead, shape, and bake a range of bread, rolls, buns, and specialty items
- Operate and monitor baking machinery and ovens
- Ensure baked goods meet quality standards, appearance, and freshness
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery area
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets

Qualification &

experience





- Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 year of relevant industry experience
- Robust knowledge of dough fermentation, baking times, and bakery operations
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for artisan baking
