About the role

We are looking for a talented, reliable, and hardworking Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality cakes that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities

- Decorate cakes for various occasions (e.g., weddings, birthdays, holidays)
- Cut, fill, and cover cakes with buttercream
- Decorate cakes to our high-quality standards, ensuring both visual appeal and taste
- Assist with other bakery tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfil daily orders in a timely manner
- Work within a small team to ensure smooth daily operations and order fulfilment

About you

- Previous experience in a bakery environment and home bakers with strong decorating skills are also welcome to apply
- Experience in cutting, filling, and covering cakes with buttercream
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design




- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Ability to consistently meet high-quality standards in cake decoration
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for special events if needed
