Full time Restaurant & Bar Staff

Role Summary

Responsible for supervising daily operations at Mai Gai, leading the FOH and bar team, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth and timely service.
- Monitor staff performance, breaks, attendance and productivity.
- Manage POS, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor beverage stock and stock levels.
- Maintain venue cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure RSA, food safety and workplace procedures are followed.
- Support functions, bookings and special events.
- Help management increase sales and improve overall venue performance.

Requirements: Hospitality experience, robust leadership and communication skills, reliability, flexibility and a current RSA.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
