As a casual Bar Attendant at the Royal Oak Hotel, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This is a outstanding opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality in a vibrant and friendly environment.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Taking drink and food orders at the bar

What we're looking for





- Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality role
- Minimum of 2+ years previous bar or hospitality experience required
- Strong customer service skills and a welcoming, friendly personality
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
- Familiarity with relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
- Current RSA certification must be held at the time of application
- TAB/Keno experience an advantage
- Flexible availabilities
- Must be available to work any shifts as required (available 24/7)
- Skilled at using tills (IdealPOS), eftpos and cash handling
