About the Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced Bar Supervisors to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations. These roles are hands-on, and perfect for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, energetic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

- Bar Supervisor (full time)
- Senior Cocktail Bartenders (full time and casual)

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Demonstrated restaurant bar supervisor experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment




- Proven track record in leading a high performing team
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
