Your Responsibilities

As Bar Supervisor, you will:

- Support the bar team to deliver seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work alongside the Beverage Manager to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- Help shape Lua’s beverage offering, from seasonal cocktails to craft beer and wine.
- Drive smooth day-to-day operations, including service standards, stock and team coordination.
- Build strong relationships across the venue and with our suppliers and partners.
- Support rostering, labour planning and cost control to keep the operation efficient.
- Champion Lua’s culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence.

What are we looking for?

Your experience:

- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar position in a high volume fast pace setting
- Expertise in beverages, including spirits, cocktails, wine,



beer and non-alcoholic option, with a keen eye on trends and innovation
- Passion for staying ahead of beverage trends, particularly in spirits, cocktails and wine pairings
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of liquor licensing laws, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards
