We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our quick-paced café on the Sandgate foreshore. We are looking for someone who loves the hospitality lifestyle, has a can do attitude and willing to learn and grow with the business.
About the role.
- A hands-on role – not just on the machine, but working the floor and supporting the team
- Maintain high standards of coffee and customer service
- Assist with daily operations and opening and closing the machine and cafe
About you.
- Confident, experienced barista (high-volume experience preferred) We’re a high-volume café pouring 60–70kg of coffee per week.
- Natural leader with a positive attitude
- Reliable and eager to work
