About the role
Scruffy Joe's is an established, professionally fitted-out barbershop with a strong local client base and a relaxed, welcoming and positive work environment. We're looking for an experienced barber who takes pride in their craft, enjoys looking after clients and wants to build a strong, loyal clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-quality barbering and grooming services
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Actively build and maintain a loyal clientele
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Contribute positively to the shop and team environment
About you
- Experienced and confident across all aspects of barbering
- Reliable, qualified and personable
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understands the importance of client retention and rebooking
- Full working rights in Australia
