About the role The Bar Tender role is responsible for creating classic cocktails and delivering exceptional beverage service. At a lodge of 20 suites, every interaction is personal: you will be the face guests come to know, curating the start of someone's evening, greeting with an arrival drink or the last moment of a wonderful night.

Working within a small team, you will have the chance to create classic drinks with some of Australias best ingredients. You will work alongside the floor and kitchen team to ensure that service is seemless, you will pride yourself on helping to elevate the experience of our guests.

Key responsibilities

- Drink Creation.
- Bar table service.
- Stock control/ assistance with ordering.
- Cleaning.
- Work alongside the head sommelier to ensure drinks service is delivered to the highest standard.
- Support the front office/ floor team during peak periods.

About you

- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.




- Working knowledge of a property management system (Opera Cloud, Mews or similar) and online distribution channels
- Excellent verbal communication.
- A flexible approach to rostering, including weekend work as part of the ordinary working roster
