WE’RE HIRING

ARKA is opening soon in the Byron Arts & Industry Estate, and we’re looking for 1-2 experienced Barista / Front of House team members to join us.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on coffee, warm with customers and happy working across all aspects of a small, fast-paced café.

You’ll be someone who

- Has solid specialty coffee / barista experience, 3+ years minimum
- Is friendly, reliable and genuinely enjoys customer service
- Works well in a small team
- Is confident working independently when needed
- Is happy jumping between coffee, FOH, food service and general café duties
- Takes pride in keeping a beautiful, clean and organised space

Casual position/s with approximately 15-35 hours per week,



with the potential for more as we grow. We’re open to either one person looking for substantial weekly hours or multiple team members looking for 15–20 hours. Finding the right fit is what matters most. M-F daytime hours and early starts. Opening early November with training commencing prior to opening.
