Public Quarter (Purple Grove Trust & Onicap Trust & Ultivite Trust, ABN 52 406 265 818) is looking for an experienced Barista to join our work family in our Brisbane CBD Cafe.

We are a well-established busy restaurant & cafe in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. We offer a flexible working week that allows our team to get the best out of each other, work and lifestyle.

We only operate Monday – Friday giving you a excellent work life balance which is so rare in this industry.

We work closely with our staff to help you up skill and become a great manager.

Looking for an experienced, passionate and hardworking individual who can is a fantastic & experienced barista. Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work as. We are looking for someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality.

Some duties of the role will include:

- Prepares, serves and sells a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages
- Cleans and maintains bar service area, coffee-making area and espresso machine
- Collects payment for sales and operates cash registers
- Promotes services and products
- Selects and grinds coffee
- Keeping up with demand during peak times




- Monetary duties
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations
- Opening and closing procedures

Skills and qualifications required for this role:
- AQF Certificate II or III or above, or one year of full-time work experience
- Initiative and ability to work hard and think smart in a busy environment
- Commitment to the long-term role

Monday – Friday hours. Must be available mornings and afternoons.
